That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Touched By Tyty experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

If you do not pay a deposit within 24 hours after booking your appointment will be cancelled . 

ALL DEPOSITS are nonrefundable.

There are no refunds if you happen to not like something please inform me so I can fix it to your likings, I will not allow you to not leave unsatisfied.

When placing orders online all sales are final.(Due to COVID)

When placing orders online please allow 2-4 business days for it arrive.

Although you will receive your tracking number once it is shipped so you track your package.

l have insurance on EVERY package for coverage while shipping if anything happens to get lost it will be covered for by the carrier.
